Tesla has made its official debut in Thailand with the launch of the Model 3 sedan and Model Y SUV, both are fully imported (CBU) from China. Buyers in Thailand are able to order Model 3 or Model Y from Tesla’s online configurator, with deliveries scheduled for Q1 2023.
Both the Model 3 and Model Y will be available in three trims. Prices for the Model 3 start from:
- THB 1,759,000 (around RM 220k) for the base trim
- THB 1,999,000 (around 251k) for the Long Range
- THB 2,309,000 (around RM 290k) for the Performance
Meanwhile, prices for the Model Y start from:
- THB 1,959,000 (around RM 245k) for the base trim
- THB 2,259,000 (around RM 283k) for the Long Range
- THB 2,509,000 (around RM 314k) for the Performance

Currently, there is no Tesla Store in Thailand despite the presence of official representatives. However, Tesla says that the company targets to open the first Tesla Service Centre in Q1 2023, right after the first batch delivery.

Tesla also says that the first Supercharger in Thailand will be opened within the same period, and Tesla drivers will have access to up to at least 10 Supercharging stations by 2023.
