Booker rose 5 spots since last year. Experts conclude that, if Booker can manage to become the best player on a championship team, he will soon find his spot in the top-five conversation. Since his NBA Finals runs, the Olympic gold medal, followed by leading Phoenix to a league-best of 64 wins in the regular season is already impactful. The Suns were defeated in the second round of playoffs against the Dallas Mavericks and failed to qualify for the NBA conference finals.

Followed by missing the big part of the season for the second year.

Over the past two seasons, Durant was only able to play in 90 out of 152 games during the regular season. He will be 34 when the new season will begin. There is currently a lot of pressure on his shoulders to prove that he can stay healthy for the Brooklyn Nets to rise back toward the east elite.

Joel Embiid also managed to bag the record of the fewest minutes of any player to win the scoring title with 33.8 per game, defeating Curry’s record. Hence, Embiid is now a complete offensive player who can efficiently score at all three levels. After this season, he is one of the NBA league’s most impressive rim protectors. He has become a complete player offensively, able to score at all three levels with ease, and is one of the league’s most imposing rim protectors.
